01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ba99f", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ba99f platform and its operating entity, accessible at ba99f.io.
• "Platform" means the ba99f website, mobile interface, and all associated betting, casino, and gaming services available at ba99f.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the ba99f platform or uses any ba99f service.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a player upon completion of the ba99f registration process.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ba99f platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing any wager, or using any service provided by ba99f, you confirm that you:

1. Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
2. Are at least 21 years of age;
3. Are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
4. Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;

03 Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

ba99f strictly restricts access to individuals aged 21 years and above. Registering an account implies your representation that you meet this minimum age requirement. ba99f reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during a player's account lifetime. Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, ba99f will immediately suspend the account, void all wagers placed, and return any deposited funds (less any bonuses or promotional credits) to the original payment source.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered ba99f account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these terms. ba99f actively monitors for duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ba99f reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the ba99f platform.

3.4 KYC Verification

ba99f may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This process may include the submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ba99f may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and wagering facilities until verification is complete.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba99f Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. ba99f will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your login credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. ba99f accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

Temporary account suspension for security purposes does not constitute a breach of these terms by ba99f.

4.3 Account Inactivity

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. ba99f reserves the right to charge an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month on accounts that remain inactive beyond this period, deducted from the account balance where one exists. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months may be closed by ba99f without further notice.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ba99f currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ba99f reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit per transaction via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the player's account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher deposit limits upon request. ba99f reserves the right to apply transaction-level and daily deposit limits at its discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed the required KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests are processed in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. ba99f targets withdrawal completion within 15 to 45 minutes for verified mobile wallet transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 BST business days. ba99f reserves the right to carry out additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the account withdrawal interface.

5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, ba99f will work with the player to identify an acceptable alternative, subject to KYC verification of the alternative payment method.

5.5 Currency

All ba99f account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ba99f does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Any funds received in a currency other than BDT will be rejected and returned to the originating account. ba99f is not responsible for any conversion fees charged by the player's financial institution.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the ba99f platform are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the terms of the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ba99f reserves the right to withhold or recover bonus funds and any associated winnings from any player who ba99f reasonably determines has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk, hedged, or systematically opposed bets to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

6.4 Modification and Cancellation

ba99f reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Players are advised to confirm the current terms of any promotion prior to making a deposit for the purpose of claiming that promotion.

07 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

A bet is only valid once confirmed and recorded in the ba99f system. Bets placed on sporting events — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the ba99f Sports Betting Rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. ba99f reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at erroneous odds.

7.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume or complete within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time (Bangladesh Standard Time), all bets on that event will ordinarily be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. 7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. Odds for in-play markets are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point by ba99f's trading team. ba99f accepts no responsibility for connection interruptions that prevent a player from placing or amending an in-play bet.

7.4 Pricing Errors

Where ba99f identifies that odds were published in error (including due to technical malfunction or manifest pricing error), ba99f reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account, regardless of whether the event has already settled. ba99f will notify affected players via email where practicable.

08 Casino and Game Rules

In the event of a discrepancy between the game interface and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Using any software, bot, script, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or technical malfunction in the ba99f platform for financial gain;

10 Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, frame, deep-link, or create derivative works from any ba99f content without the express prior written consent of ba99f. Unauthorised use of ba99f intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ba99f shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the ba99f platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account access resulting from player error, system failure, or force majeure events;
• Interruption of service due to planned or unplanned maintenance;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners;
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

ba99f's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to the ba99f platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits ba99f's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Privacy and Data

ba99f collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ba99f.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account on the ba99f platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ba99f will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

All player data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and by industry-standard security measures at rest. ba99f retains player data for the periods specified in the Privacy Policy, which reflect applicable legal retention obligations. 14 Termination

14.1 Termination by the Player

Account closure requests will ordinarily be acted upon within 5 BST business days.

14.2 Termination by ba99f

ba99f reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where ba99f determines that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where required to do so by applicable law. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, ba99f reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account by either party, the player's right to access and use the ba99f platform ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution provisions — shall remain in full force and effect.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ba99f operates as a safe and reliable platform with SSL encryption and fair play certification. ba99f does not make specific claims regarding regulatory approval from any particular Bangladeshi government body.

Any dispute between ba99f and a player that cannot be resolved through the ba99f customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration. ba99f's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation and application of these Terms & Conditions shall be final, subject to any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
